At Bella Borinquen on Wheels, we believe that whether it's pizza or Puerto Rican plates, every item deserves the same attention to quality. Our menu is built around a fusion you won't find anywhere else... gourmet pizzas topped with pernil and tostones, ground beef and amarillos, mofongo, and even a Dominican-inspired pie with mangú, salami, queso frito and egg. Alongside our Bori pies, we serve authentic Puerto Rican plates with yellow rice, alcapurrias, sorullos, rellenos de papa, and tripleta sandwiches because we bring the full flavor of the island to Ludlow. Every order reflects the pride we put into honoring our roots while creating something completely our own. We're just getting started on Cady Street, but every pie and every plato is our chance to earn your trust.
